Hanging Services for Structures or Truss (per booth)

This hanging option is for: motors, trolleys or hoists.

● This service includes: articulated crane, operator and move-out operations, it is order per stand, rental is per hour or fraction (Order with 2 or more stands will be cancelled), the exhibitor must report to the Cintermex Services Module, during move-in, to indicate that the canvas(es) are already prepared for their stand (advertising canvas and banners without crossbar will not be hung).

● The crane service is only for aerial work, not to load and/or lift items weighing 50 kilos or more.

● Maximum load weight allowed for the temporary exhibition area is 150 kg. per node and for convention halls (subject to review in-site before purchase).

● Maximum height allowed for the exhibition area is 7 meters. from floor to ceiling and for convention halls (subject to review in-site before purchase).

● All of the services are institutional and may only be provided by CINTERMEX personnel.

● The service will be provided according to CINTERMEX’s criteria to program it in the best possible way, taking in consideration booth location within the exhibition hall.

● CINTERMEX is not responsible for delays due to machinery failure or equipment problems.

● Any changes requested after the job is completed and signed by the exhibitor, will result in the need to place a new order, first order has been completed.

● Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

● Any paid services cancelled 10 days prior to the event will be charged with 20% of the total amount due. There will be no refunds on those cancelled after this period.
