● Cintermex commits to place only a circuit box (no contacts) as specified on the image . If you require capacities that are not within the given ranges, please notify before the event to calculate unit price.
● All material and equipment provided for this service order is property of CINTERMEX and shall be removed only by CINTERMEX personnel at the close of the event.
● The connection routing will be installed in the most favorable way and will not run directly from your equipment.
● Electricity will be supplied only within the exhibition area. If your equipment requires electric current 24 hrs. a day, please notify the CINTERMEX Service Desk.
● If the service requested changes in specifications or characteristics during the move-in of the event, a new order will have to be placed with the correct service, canceling the previous one and paying, the amount to be paid is determined if the previous service was installed or not.
● In accordance with NEMA MG 1, 12.44, motors shall operate successfully under running conditions at rated load with variation in the voltage up to the following percentages of rated voltage: Induction motors - plus or minus 10 percent (with rated frequency).
● Any paid services cancelled 10 days prior to the event will be charged with 20% of the total amount due. There will be no refunds on those cancelled after this period.
